1. How do I become a supplier to the University of Bradford?
To become a supplier, register on the NEUPC Delta eSourcing Portal. This is where all tender opportunities are published. You may also be invited to participate in framework agreements managed by NEUPC.
2. Where can I find current contract opportunities?
All open tenders and planned procurements are listed on the NEUPC Delta Portal. Register and set up alerts to stay informed.
3. What is the University’s approach to Freedom of Information (FOI)?
As a public institution, the University complies with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Information you provide may be disclosed unless it is clearly marked as commercially sensitive and justified as such.
4. What is Net Positive Futures and why is it important?
Net Positive Futures is a free tool that helps suppliers create a Sustainability Action Plan. It supports our commitment to ethical and sustainable procurement. Register at the Supplier Engagement HE webpage.
5. What are the University’s expectations around modern slavery?
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery. Suppliers must comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, complete risk assessments, and ensure ethical practices throughout their supply chains.
6. How can I be sure communications from the University are genuine?

7. How does the University handle GDPR and data protection?
Suppliers must comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you process personal data on our behalf, you must have appropriate safeguards and report any breaches immediately.
