The Bradford Renduchintala Enterprise Ecosystem (BREE) MBA Enterprise Launchpad programme is an exclusive, online programme that has been set up to help recent MBA graduates to find a winning business idea and support them through the critical early stages of company establishment and growth.

MBA graduates can elect any or all of the phases from the below programme.

Programme Structure

Phase 1: Identifying your new business 

Stage A: Ideation workshop – introducing creative approaches to generating new business ideas.
Stage B: Exclusive introduction to University IP exploitation opportunities. Participants can secure 90-day exclusivity to propose to the University an IP exploitation strategy and equity arrangements.

2x 4-hour sessions: £1,500

Phase 2: Supporting your business from inception to accelerated early growth 

• Workshop 1: Incorporation and company structuring.
• Workshop 2: Creating value through segmentation.
• Workshop 3: Innovating through the business model.
• Workshop 4: High impact marketing and communications.
• Workshop 5: Outsourcing and engaging your team.
• Workshop 6: Bootstrapping and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Workshop 7: Influencing and negotiation.
• Workshop 8: Fund-raising and pitch training.
• Workshop 9. Non-dilutive funding.
• Workshop 10: Mitigating business risk.

Weekly, 10 online interactive sessions, each of 2 hours: £4,000 total
