The Administrative/Professional Career Development Scheme is now entering its fourth year, and we are looking for Academic Related staff who would be interested in acting as a mentor to a participant joining the Scheme in autumn this year. The criteria for acting as a mentor are simply experience of working on administrative/ professional grades for at least two years and an interest in supporting a member of staff on the scheme. The matching of mentors and mentees is undertaken by the Scheme Coordinator and Head of Personnel.
