New. University publicity materials and prospectuses/booklets

From Monday 24 May the Course Enquiries Office will be responsible for the stock control of Prospectuses as well as Course Booklets and other promotional literature (e.g. Open Day info, Campus Maps, Carrier bags etc.).

When you require further copies of prospectuses and/or promotional literature then please send an e-mail to stock@bradford.ac.uk confirming the literature you require, the quantity and where/whom it should be sent to.

New. Northern Exposure at Theatre in the Mill

A festival of new writers and new work at Theatre in the Mill and the West Yorkshire Playhouse, Leeds. Staff and their family and friends are invited to the newly refurbished Theatre in the Mill to see new works from around the UK.

New. Officer Staff Association Industrial Trips

This year's O.S.A. Industrial Trips are now finalised and can be booked at the A.G.M. The cost will be £7 for members £10 non-members. After the A.G.M. the trips can be booked with David Simpson on 6430. O.S.A. members are entitled to take one day off for an industrial visit, which is not part of annual leave. Members wishing to go on industrial trips should obtain permission from their line manager/Head of Department before booking.

Trip 1 Keasbeck Hill Farm www.grainary.co.uk (external link, will open in a new window), Nr Scarborough Friday 30th July, leave University 8.30am for an 11am visit late afternoon in either Scarborough or York return University 9pm latest.

Trip 2 Jaguar Cars, Liverpool Friday 20th August, leave University 9am for a 1pm visit late afternoon in Liverpool return University 8pm latest.

New. EIMC Show 2004

The Department of Electronic Imaging and Media Communications invites all staff to a presentation of project work by final year students.

The event will be held on Friday 4 June 2004 from 9.00 am-6.00 pm in Pictureville at the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television.
