New. Discretionary Pay Exercise 2002/03

The Discretionary Pay Exercise for 2002/03 is about to commence. Unlike previous years, this scheme will be effective on 1 April rather than 1 August, and will cover the period from 1 August 2001 - 31 December 2002. This is partly due to timing issues in securing additional funds for the discretionary scheme under the HEFCE Rewarding & Developing Staff initiative, and partly in response to issues arising out of last years' devolved scheme processes.

Awards may be made to all full-time and part-time staff.

Full details are at: www.brad.ac.uk/admin/personnel/pay,grading&remuneration/Reward/DiscretionaryHome
