Hi, I'm Immar.

The nightlife in Bradford is diverse and accommodating. It offers numerous options that align with people's preferences and cultural considerations. Whether you're interested in dining, films, theatre, or simply going out and exploring, the city has something to cater for everyone’s taste.

Places to eat in Bradford

Nando's

We're spoilt for choice - there are two Nando's locations in Bradford! One is found in Centenary Square and the other is in the Leisure Exchange. Going to Nando’s for an evening dinner in either location is a great choice. They offer a casual but modern vibe, which creates a nice balance, but isn't too fancy or formal.

Pizza Pieces

Another great option is Pizza Pieces. Located in the heart of the city centre, it has a nice, modest Italian vibe. They cater for all preferences and have vegetarian options available. It's extremely easy to get to and it's great on price, meaning you don’t have to spend a fortune for a good meal.

What is there to do in Bradford?

Cineworld

After going for a meal, watching a movie is always a great treat. I love going to Cineworld as it's conveniently located next to Nando’s in the Leisure Exchange. It's also within walking distance of Bradford Interchange rail station, so if you are going out later on, it’s the perfect location. Cineworld has all the latest movies and shows late into the evening - most of the films are also available in 3D!

The Alhambra

The Alhambra, a grand theatre in the sun.

If the cinema isn’t really your cup of tea, and you prefer theatrical performances, the Alhambra Theatre is your go-to. It's a stunning, premier venue which hosts a variety of performances ranging from musicals to dramas.

The building has an interesting history and has stunning, breathtaking architecture. This will enhance your experience and gives it a much cosier vibe. You can book tickets conveniently and plan to ensure that your night out goes smoothly.

Sunbridgewells

Sunbridgewells is an underground tunnel complex of bars and restaurants with a blend of history and modernity. It's a hidden gem that not many people are aware of!

It houses various bars, from quirky to more traditional pubs. If you're interested in having a drink and also enjoying some interesting Bradford history, it may be the place for you. Sunbridgewells also features a range of boutique shops where you can buy a souvenir to remember your night out. It's considered to be an all-rounder when planning a night out, where you can eat, drink and shop.

How to have a successful night out in Bradford

Plan ahead

If you're going to a venue which requires tickets, make sure you have your tickets booked ahead of time for the preferred date. During the weekend, venues and leisure centres can be busy, so booking ahead means there won't be any obstacles during your night out.

Explore local cuisines

Beyond Nando’s and Pizza Pieces, Bradford has a wide range of food places, ranging from different cuisines such as Italian and Chinese to Indian. To get the most out of your experience and to make it unique, it may be worthwhile to research other places to eat.

Less talk. More do.

Let's hit play.
