Laura says
. . .
Britain's only Colour Museum
is located in a converted wool warehouse in the heart of Bradford city
centre. The museum contains two galleries, the 'World of Colour,' dedicated
to light and colour, and 'Colours and Textiles,' concentrating on fabrics
and dyes. Personally, I found the former far more interesting, but then
I cannot say dyed fabrics have ever particularly aroused me.
You can see the world through
the eyes of various animals and insects and find out what your favourite
colour says about your personality.
With interactive exhibits,
and workshops on everything from 'summer seaside collages' to 'making
your own colourful windmill', this museum is educational, as well as enjoyable.

The Guidebook
says . . .
We guarantee that you've never
seen anything like it! Why? Because the Colour Museum is unique.
Dedicated to the history,
development and technology of colour, it's the only museum of its kind
in Europe.
A truly colourful experience
for kids and adults.
