Anne and Ian say fond farewell

Ann Langhorn and Ian Smith from Excellence Yorkshire recently said goodbye to the University after completing an 18-month secondment on the project.

The pair, who have now returned to the Inland Revenue, were working on the 'Excellence Yorkshire' initiative, which is part of the University's European Centre for Total Quality Management (ECTQM), based at the School of Management.

Research Support & Marketing Officer, Nicola Custance, said: "Anne and Ian have done a fantastic job and the team at ECTQM were very sad to see them go."
