Longside Lane Car Park

Please note that the above car park will be open and available for use from Tuesday 22nd September.

This car park has been constructed to incorporate a sustainable drainage system (SUDS).

Please note the following -

Vehicle entry and egress is off Longside Lane and via a two way barrier operated in the usual manner.
The entrance driveway and part of the west drive has a temporary surface which will be completed when the refurbishment of Phoenix NE building is completed.
Part of the car park is presently a contractors compound and is restricted to authorised persons and vehicles.
Contractors vehicles will access the compound via the entrance drive and barriers.
With the exception of the disabled persons bays at the east end, car parking is on the crushed stone surface. Parking bays are delineated by the white marker blocks.
Please take care when walking on this surface until it gets "worn in".
There will be a help point on the footpath near to the Communal Building. This is awaiting commissioning.
The car park is monitored by CCTV.
There is a personnel gate to access Shearbridge Road, however this is not currently in use.
The planting areas are currently being cultivated. Please do not walk on these.
