University Owned and Managed Halls
University and Bradford Halls
These Halls are situated in the heart of the University's city campus area, with close proximity to the Library, Sports Centre, Students' Union, teaching areas, social areas and programmed events. These two Halls offer standard facilities. They are organised into self-contained flats of six or eight bedrooms, with a shared kitchen and dining area and bathroom facility.
The kitchens are fully fitted with a range of modern kitchen units, cooker, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, large fridge and freezer, vacuum cleaner, and mop and bucket.
Location of our Halls
Contract Period
The contract period for both these Halls is 41 weeks (19 September 2010 to 9 July 2011). An advanced rent payment of £250 is required on accepting the contract. A guarantor is not required for these Halls.

£66.00 per week (£2,762.57 p.a.) - this includes:
