Managed by CRM Ltd, Dennis Bellamy Hall is situated at Laisteridge Lane. Dennis Bellamy Hall had all bedrooms and bathrooms fully refurbished in the summer of 2007. This included all new decoration, fixtures and furniture, carpets and curtains, and the ratio of people sharing the bathroom facilities was improved so that the ratio of shower/WC is 1 per 3 to 4 residents.

Contract Period

42-week contract from 19 September 2010 to 9 July 2011. A deposit of £250 is required on accepting the contract. A UK guarantor is required for these Halls if you wish to pay by instalment.
