Arkwright Hall

Arkwright Hall is in a prime position for students, situated just over the road from the University. The Hall consists of deluxe and standard en-suite rooms with shower room and WC. These are split into flats of  3, 4 and 5 bedrooms with shared kitchen and living accommodation.

Standard Facilities

Living Area

Has a colour TV with remote and Sky, and comfortable lounge furniture.

Note: Students living in the flat are jointly responsible for payment of the TV licence.

Kitchen

Modern and stylish kitchen with ample storage space. Equipped with fridgefreezer, fitted oven, hob, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board and kettle.

Bedroom

All rooms are fully fitted study-bedrooms with plenty of storage space.

There are two types of room: Deluxe rooms - slightly larger room with a double bed; standard rooms - standard room size with a single bed.

Internet and a telephone point are available in all rooms but there is an additional charge for these facilities.

Other Facilities:

• Leisure - fully equipped gymnasium with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - reduced membership fee for all residents
• Launderette - fully equipped on-site launderette facility with coin-operated washers and dryers - pay as you use
• Management Suite - located on site to deal with any queries or problems
• Car Parking - very limited number of spaces are available - additional charge
• Security - 24-hour security, CCTV, electronic door entry system, secure bicycle storage
• Warden Service - TV in each lounge area

Contract Period

42-week contract from 19 September 2010 to 9 July 2011. An initial rent payment of £250 is required on accepting the contract. A UK guarantor is required for these Halls if you wish to pay by instalment.
