University-nominated Accommodation
The University has nominations agreements with two private providers:
- Opal Property Group - Arkwright Hall, Tumbling Hill Street
- CRM - Dennis Bellamy and Trinity B/C Halls, Laisteridge Lane
Nominated suppliers work to nomination and service-level agreements which ensure there is a good range of room types and prices, and the service provision to students is of a high standard.
It is important that students understand when they enter into a contract for accommodation for a nominated hall that the contract is with the private provider and not the University and is binding for the full contract period.
