Our Guarantee

You are guaranteed a place in our accommodation if you are:

• A first-year or foundation-year undergraduate who elects to hold an unconditional offer as their FIRM choice
• A first-year or foundation-year undergraduate who elects to hold a conditional offer as their FIRM choice
• Postgraduate students in their first year at the University, on completion of the application procedures and acceptance of the University academic offer
• A Clearing or late-entry student whose application reaches us before 5 September 2010

Note:
We cannot guarantee accommodation for:

• A Clearing or late-entry student applying after 5 September 2010. However we will do our best to try and accommodate you
• Students with partners/families cannot currently be accommodated in halls of residence. If you are bringing your partner/family, please contact Unipol Student Homes at www.unipol.org.uk/bradford. They can provide you with information and advice on local landlords and accommodation availability in the local area.
