    Training and research centre in Stadtschlaining, Austria. Runs International Civilian Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding courses regularly. Also linked with the European University Centre for Peace Studies. Publishes research on peace issues (mostly in German).

    The Initiative on Conflict Resolution and Ethnicity, a joint initiative of the University of Ulster and the United Nations University.     Ongoing research project at the University of Maryland. Contains information about 268 politically-significant communal groups, including estimated population, background information, chronologies and assessments of prospects for change in each group's status and conflict in the near future.

    Located at Lancaster University. The Richardson Institute offers a BA in Peace Studies and International Relations, a MA in Peace Studies, MA in Conflict Resolution, and a Ph.D. in Peace Studies.
